Our team will review your order details and provide a Return Authorization number along with specific instructions for your mattress or bed frame.
Schedule a Pickup
For large items like mattresses, we will coordinate with a local removal partner or charity to pick up the item directly from your home at no cost to you.
Receive Your Refund
Once the pickup is confirmed or the item is received at our warehouse, we will process your full refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
